These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Splync app (hereinafter referred to as the "App") operated by Labxbit. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms.
You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. Any misuse or unlawful use of the App is strictly prohibited.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy & Security Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software code—are owned by Labxbit and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
The App and all materials therein are © 2025 Labxbit. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App without prior written consent from Labxbit.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App for any violations of these terms.
The App is provided on an “as-is” basis. Labxbit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.

The App is currently provided free of charge. However, Labxbit reserves the right to introduce paid features or premium plans in future updates (such as version 2.0.0 or later).
If any fees are introduced, you will be notified in advance, and your continued use of those features will be subject to your explicit consent. You are under no obligation to purchase any paid features, and free features will remain accessible unless otherwise stated.
